Is there an order minimum?
The reisenthel online shop does not have an order minimum.

What are the shipping rates?
The rate for shipping within Germany amounts to € 3.95.
Shipping is free within Germany for orders over € 40.

 

For delivery outside Germany we charge a flat rate of € 6.95.
Can I have the order shipped to a different address?
It is possible to have every order shipped to a different address.
What shall I do if my order does not arrive?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation. Shipping within Germany takes about 2 - 5 days. If your order does not arrive within 7 days, please contact reisenthel Customer Service.

We ship with DHL and its partners. Your shipment confirmation will contain a DHL tracking number. You can enter the tracking number http://nolp.dhl.de/nextt-online-public/set_identcodes.do?lang=en&idc to check the status of your shipment.
How will I receive the bill?
Your shipment confirmation will contain a PDF of your bill. The package itself will only contain the packing slip. Some e-mail providers automatically direct e-mails with PDF attachments into the spam box. Therefore it is important for you to check your spam box.

Where do I find the Security Code on my credit card?
The 3-digit security code is punched on the backside of your credit card. These are the final three digits of the credit card number.

Important: please always indicate the reference on your bank transfer, in order to assign your payment correctly. The reference is to be found on your order confirmation.
Are all products in the reisenthel online shop available for shipment?
Normally, all products in the reisenthel online shop are available for shipment. In case an item is temporarily out of stock, this will be indicated directly in the product display. Nevertheless, you will be able to put this item into the shopping bag. The item will be shipped as it becomes available.

 

If several customers simultaneously order a singular in-stock item, it is impossible to determine whether the item is in-stock until the order has been processed. We will inform you immediately if the item is out of stock.

Why do I have to include my date of birth?

What can I do if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
You may return all items purchased in the reisenthel online shop within 14 days without stating a reason. In Germany, please use the return address label that is included in your package. This is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.
