A. Methods of Payment

 

I. National Deliveries

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following methods of payment, unless the particular product description in the offer specifies otherwise:

III. Pick Up in Person:

For logistic reasons, pick up in person is not possible.

 

B. Delievery

 

1. Depending on the size of the order, delivery occurs by DHL or a partner.

 

2. By default, we deliver only into the countries named below. The appropriate shipping costs may be found next to them.

 

Germany: 3.95 €

 

Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slowakia, Slovenia, Spain: 6.95 €

 

C. Shipping Costs

 

I. Delivery Within Germany:

For delivery within Germany we charge a flat rate of € 3.95. Delivery charges cease on merchandise value from 40 Euros on.

 

II. Delivery Outside Germany:

For delivery outside Germany we charge a flat rate of € 6.95.

 

Please note that in cases of delivery across international borders, you may incur additional costs like import taxes.

D. Delivery Times

Delivery time will be about two to five business days. There are no deliveries on (Saturdays,) Sundays and on holidays. In case an article is out of stock or not available for immediate delivery and the time of delivery will lengthen accordingly, this will be indicated separately on the particular product page.

 

II. International Delivery:

Delivery time will be about five to seven business days. There are no deliveries on (Saturdays,) Sundays and on holidays.
