Accessibility at reisenthel
Accessible to everyone. Designed for everyone.
At reisenthel, we believe in functional design that makes everyday life more beautiful and easier – for everyone. Whether in our online shop, on social media or on the go via smartphone, tablet or desktop: our services should be accessible to all. No one should be excluded.
That’s why we continuously work to make our digital services, content and systems accessible. Our goal is a brand experience that is inclusive, intuitive and inspiring – including for people with disabilities.
As part of our social responsibility, we are currently implementing the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and its associated regulation (BFSGV), which will come into effect on June 28, 2025. In doing so, we follow the harmonized EU accessibility standards – especially EN 301 549, which references the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
