Please note our information regarding returns.

Please avoid damage and soiling of the item. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If needed, use additional protective outer packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure the item is adequately protected from transport damage with suitable packaging.

Please note that items not purchased from the reisenthel online shop cannot be returned here. In such cases, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased your reisenthel product.

Please also note that items purchased as part of a value set can only be returned as a complete set. Individual returns are not possible, as the discount applies to the entire bundle.

A quick and easy DHL return label

How can I return items?

1. Visit the reisenthel returns portal:
Visit https://reisenthel-shop.returnsportal.online

2. enter your order information:
Enter your order number and email address.

3. select items:
Select the items you wish to return.

4. enter the quantity:
If you have purchased several identical items, enter the appropriate quantity.

5. state reason for return:
State the reason for the return.

6. check the return:
Check your details and make any necessary changes.

7. finalise the return:
If everything is correct, click on ‘Finalise return’ to receive your DHL label.

8. print label or use QR code:
Print out the label and stick it on the parcel. If you do not have a printer, take the parcel with the QR code to the nearest DHL branch, where the return label will be printed out for you.

Please note: the DHL return label is only valid for returns to reisenthel.

What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 100 days from the purchase date.

If you you would like to send back products you can print out a return label by clicking here.

 

Important: Please note that we do not accept returned products, which were not purchased from the reisenthel online shop. These products can be directly returned to the retailer you purchased them from.

Your account will be credited directly after receipt and review of the returned products. Please note that returned goods must be in condition such as corresponds to normal use for the purposes of checking - as would be normal for the purposes of trying on in a shop - and with the original label still attached. Please also refer to our cancellation instructions.

No problem! You can print out a new returns label here .

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We cannot automatically offset items against each other, so a direct exchange is unfortunately not possible.
In the online store you can see whether the item is still available in a different design. You can then order it again straight away. Simply return the first order.
We will refund the purchase amount within 7 days of receiving your return.

HOW LONG CAN I RETURN THE GOODS?

You have the option of returning your purchased product to us within 30 days of receipt.

DO I HAVE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

Reisenthel will bear the return costs. Please use the enclosed return label for the return shipment or print out a new return label here .

How do vouchers affect my refund?

Please note that the value of a used voucher is not refundable when returning items, as vouchers are generally non-refundable.

If you return an item that was purchased using a voucher, the voucher value will be proportionally allocated to the returned item(s) and deducted from your refund. In this case, the voucher is considered used and cannot be reissued or replaced.

Can I return a set?

Please note that items purchased as part of a value set can only be returned as a complete set. Individual returns are not possible, as the discount applies to the entire set.

WHAT DOES STORE CREDIT MEAN?

You chose store credit for your return. It will be issued automatically once we have received and fully processed your return.

You will then receive an email with your store credit code. You can use this code conveniently in our online shop and apply the amount during checkout.
