General Terms and Conditions of Participation and Data Protection Notice
- The organiser of the prize draw is Reisenthel Accessoires GmbH & Co. KG, Zeppelinstr. 4, 82205 Gilching, Germany. Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 or over who enter on their own behalf and who are resident in one of the 27 member states of the European Union, in Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom. Employees of Reisenthel, their relatives and members of their household are excluded from participation.
- Entries can be submitted from 1 September 2026 until 14 September 2026, 23:59 CEST.
- You take part by subscribing to the reisenthel newsletter on the campaign page. To enter, you mustcomplete the sign-up form on the campaign page with a valid email address, andconfirm your subscription via the link in the confirmation email we send you (double opt-in).Your entry is only complete once you have confirmed your subscription. A sign-up that is not confirmed does not enter the draw.
- Existing newsletter subscribers can also take part. Reisenthel will inform existing subscribers by email during the entry period how to enter. A new newsletter sign-up is neither required nor possible in this case.
- The prize is one (1) reisenthel gift voucher to the value of €1,000 (one thousand euros). The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed against purchases in the reisenthel online shop. Where it is redeemed in a shop that operates in a currency other than the euro, it is credited at the equivalent value in that currency, converted at the exchange rate applicable on the date of issue.
- One (1) winner is drawn from all valid entries across all participating countries. The winner is determined at random after the end of the entry period using an external online tool for random winner selection (Superanton Tools) and will be notified by email by 18 September 2026. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the claim lapses and a new winner is drawn. The prize cannot be paid out in cash and is not transferable. Recourse to the courts is excluded.
- One entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person using different email addresses will be excluded from the draw.
- Reisenthel reserves the right to exclude persons from participation who breach these terms and conditions or who gain or seek to gain an advantage over other participants through improper influence or manipulation of the promotion. In such cases Reisenthel may also exclude participants retrospectively, withdraw the prize and reclaim it.
- You can withdraw your newsletter subscription (unsubscribe) at any time. A withdrawal after the end of the entry period does not affect an entry that has already been submitted. If you unsubscribe before the end of the entry period, we can no longer include you in the draw, because the winner is drawn from the list of subscribers, and we would be unable to contact you about a win.
- Reisenthel reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the prize draw without prior notice where there is good cause.
Data protection notice
The controller for the collection of participants' personal data in connection with this prize draw is: Reisenthel Accessoires GmbH & Co. KG, Zeppelinstr. 4, 82205 Gilching, Germany, email: service@reisenthel.com.
- Use of the winner's name and images: the winner agrees that Reisenthel may archive, reproduce, publish, distribute and use for advertising purposes the winner's name (first name and the first letter of the surname) and, where applicable, images in Reisenthel's offline and online media (e.g. printed advertising material, online shop, social media). This also includes the right to edit the images digitally while respecting the winner's personality rights. The data subject may withdraw their consent to this processing at any time with effect for the future, for example by sending an informal email to ecommerce@reisenthel.de. The legal basis for this processing of personal data is consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, or the performance of an obligation pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
- All personal data (email address; optional: first name, surname) collected and stored by Reisenthel in connection with this prize draw is used by Reisenthel exclusively to run the prize draw and to communicate with participants about it. For the purpose of awarding the prize, participants' email addresses are copied into an external online tool (Superanton Tools), in which the winner is determined at random, and are deleted there immediately after the winner has been determined. Reisenthel will not otherwise transfer this data to third parties. Collected data is only passed on to third parties where this is necessary in order to provide the prize or where disclosure is justified under data protection law. Participants may withdraw their consent to this processing at any time with effect for the future, for example by sending an informal email to ecommerce@reisenthel.de or a letter to Reisenthel Accessoires GmbH & Co. KG, Zeppelinstr. 4, 82205 Gilching, Germany.
- The legal basis for this processing is consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, or the performance of an obligation pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
- By signing up you also consent to receiving the reisenthel newsletter. You can withdraw this consent (unsubscribe) at any time via the unsubscribe link at the end of every newsletter.
