General Terms and Conditions of Participation and Data Protection Agreement 

  1. The organiser of the giveaway is Reisenthel Accessoires GmbH und Co. KG, Zeppelinstr. 4, 82205 Gilching, Germany. All natural persons aged 18 and over from all EU Member States acting in their own name are eligible to participate. Employees of Reisenthel, their relatives and dependants are excluded from participation.
  2. Participation is possible from 10 April 2026 to 27 April 2026 until 11:59 p.m. and takes place exclusively via the Instagram account: https://www.instagram.com/reisenthel_eu/
  3. To participate in the promotion, you must:
  • Follow @reisenthel_eu on Instagram.
  • Like the relevant giveaway post.
  • Write in the comments who else should join the competition.
  • Sharing in the story is voluntary, but offers participants an additional entry.
  1. The prizes include an allday backpack, an allrounder L, and a loopshopper L in the exclusive mint color. There will be 3 winners, with 1 bag per person.
  2. The winners will be selected at random after the competition has ended using an external online programme for determining winners and will be notified via Instagram direct messages by 10 May 2026. Cash payment is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded.
  3. Participation is possible until the end of the giveaway on 27 April 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
  4. Reisenthel reserves the right to exclude persons from participation who violate these conditions of participation or who gain or attempt to gain an advantage over other participants through improper influence or manipulation of the promotion. In such cases, Reisenthel may also subsequently exclude participants from the competition, revoke prizes and reclaim them.

  1. Use of the winner's name and images: The winner agrees that Reisenthel may archive, reproduce, publish, distribute and use the winner's name (first name and first letter of surname) and, if applicable, images in Reisenthel's offline and online media (e.g. print advertising materials, online shop, social media, etc.) for advertising purposes. This also includes the right to digitally edit the images while respecting the winner's personal rights. The data subject may revoke their consent to the processing at any time for the future, e.g. by sending an informal email to ecommerce@reisenthel.de. The legal basis for this processing of personal data is based on consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR or for the fulfilment of a contractual obligation in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
  2. All personal data (e-mail address, optional: surname, first name) collected and stored by Reisenthel in connection with this giveaway will be used by Reisenthel exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and communicating with participants regarding the giveaway. The email addresses of participants will be copied into an external online programme (Superanton Tools) for the purpose of processing the prizes, in which the winners will be determined at random, and will be deleted immediately after the winners have been determined. Reisenthel will not transfer this data to third parties for any other purpose. Collected data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the dispatch of the prize or if the transfer is justified under data protection law. Participants may revoke their consent to the processing of their data at any time for the future, e.g. by sending an informal email to ecommerce@reisenthel.de or to Reisenthel Accessoires GmbH & Co. KG, Zeppelinstr. 4, 82205 Gilching, Germany.
  3. The legal basis for this processing of data is based on consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR or for the fulfilment of a contractual obligation in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Legal recourse is excluded. If the revocation takes place before the end of the competition, participation in the competition or contact for a possible prize notification is not possible.
  4. In addition, participants may give their consent to receive the newsletter. The newsletter can be unsubscribed at any time at https://www.reisenthel.com/en/pages/newsletter-discount-codes or at the end of a newsletter issue.
